CKA Charlama is preparing a major project dedicated to researching art created in Sarajevo during the siege

Sarajevo Memory - Art Pieces from Siege  a multidisciplinary project dedicated to researching, preserving, and presenting artworks created during the Siege of Sarajevo (1992–1995). Through a curated selection of visual art, film, literature, and music, the project explores art as both a testimony of its time and an act of resistance and survival.

The program includes exhibitions, screenings, public discussions, and the creation of a permanent digital archive accessible to a wide audience. Sarajevo Memory brings together artists, researchers, and institutions with the aim of preserving and reinterpreting one of the most significant cultural experiences in contemporary European history.
